The birdlife in Tsavo West is as varied as the landscape; from the conspicuous flocks of Golden-breasted Starlings around most of the park, the evergreen Forest Warbler and Hartlaub’s Bustard are in plenty. Tsavo’s position on the migration route makes it a good place to spot some of the rarer migrant African skimmers, red bishops among others.
